- Tenders are invited for Supply Installation & Commissioning of Vertical Wheel Boring Machine. Documents may be accessed from the DOCUMENTS tab on Botswana Railways Procure Ware e-procurement system. Eligible tenders must in order to participate in the tender, pay a non refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Pula (BW250.00) or One Hundred and Twenty Five Pula (P125.00) for Botswana Youth. Payments should be in cash or bank guaranteed cheques payable to Botswana Railways or by Electronic Fund transfer to: ABSA, Botswana Railways, 3071002, 290267, Barclays House, BARCBW GXXXX. Proof of payment should be submitted to tenders@botrail.bw effective Friday 23/08/2023. Botswana Railways will not issue hard copy tender documents and addendums, all the information relating to the tender will be shared through the Procure Ware System. Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be uploaded in CLARIFICATION tab on Botswana Railways Procure Ware system not later than A compulsory site visit and clarification meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at BR Machine Workshop on 01/09/2023 starting at 10:00 hours (local time). Bidders will be required to wear PPE (Helmet, Steel Toe Safety shoes, Green Reflective Vest) to be allowed in to the Machine Workshop. Please Note that red colour is not allowed in the Workshop area. The Closing Date and time for receipt of the tender offers is the 22/09/2023 at 15:30 hours.
